NHX Assistant Alerts SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the NHX Assistant Alerts messaging program operated by Fractal Helix Studios LLC DBA Neural Helix.
Key disclosures
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using NHX Assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Program messages
NHX Assistant Alerts sends operational and account-related messages. Messages may include operational or gateway outages, fatal software errors, service-recovery notices, authorization problems and required service reauthorization, billing reminders or status, and possible service-suspension notices.
This consent does not authorize unrelated promotional or third-party marketing messages.
Enrollment and authority
You may request enrollment through the NHX Assistant Alerts opt-in form by supplying your own mobile number and affirmatively selecting the SMS-consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Each recipient must enroll separately.
New requests remain pending until an authenticated Neural Helix administrator verifies the recipient and associates the request with the correct NHX Hub customer. Typing an organization name does not establish authority or activate alerts.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies with account, authorization, billing, and service activity. Some periods may have no messages; an active operational issue may generate additional messages. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
Delivery depends on carriers, networks, devices, and systems outside Neural Helix’s control. Messages may be delayed or undelivered, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP, START, and HELP
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, no further recurring program messages will be sent unless you later complete a valid opt-in and activation process. Reply START to request re-enrollment; administrator verification may still be required.

Mobile privacy
Neural Helix does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in data. Neural Helix does not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the requested messaging service.
